In conjunction with our sister site Feathered and Free, we are launching the Wild Parrot Sighting Database Project. Please see the details here. We will be collecting information on all sightings of wild conures, including non-native conures such as the Cherry Head Conures in San Francisco and the Nanday Conures in Florida. Conures are New World Parrots and can be found in their native habitats as far north as the Caribbean Islands and as far south as the Patagonian region of Argentina.
